Sales at Metropolis Music

Metropolis Music offers a full line of both new and used instruments and accessories including guitars, basses, percussion, band/orchestral and recording/audio. Mark Dalzell, the owner, has over 20 years of experience selling, building and playing almost every instrument we sell (and many we don’t) to ensure that you get the most honest and fair service and prices possible.

We understand how easy and deceptively cheap it can be nowadays to purchase instruments from either the internet or from large discount stores such as Target and Walmart, but experience really does matter. We try to keep in stock the best value for the money without selling you something that will fall apart within months, or never stay in tune. 

We also service everything we sell, and all new instruments come with at least a one year warranty – many have lifetime warranties. Rest assured, if you ever have a problem with something purchased from Metropolis, we’ll be here to repair or replace it as quickly as possible.

While our used and vintage department is always changing, we carry a variety of brands of new instruments including guitars & basses from brands such as Breedlove, Takamine, Ovation, Hamer and Daisy Rock.  We also carry a selection of recording and audio accessories from Behringer, Shure, Audio Technica, Horizon and many others. Also remember, if we don’t have it in stock, we can get it for you – usually within 3-4 days! If you’re looking for a particular vintage instrument, we can also locate that for you as well.
